COPPERAS COVE – Copperas Cove ISD has rolled out a new website designed to improve user experience for families throughout the district.
Monday, CCISD launched the new site through its new partner, Edlio, which will include a new chatbot feature to help families locate information and get answers to their questions more quickly.
“As we reviewed our tools and communication needs as a community, we wanted to explore all avenues to meet our families’ needs and be fiscally responsible,” said Director of Communications Kurtis Quillin. “This new site will provide additional tools to improve our communication with parents and a significant savings to the district at the same time. It will also work in tandem with new communication tools which parents will receive an email about in the near future.”
CCISD’s new site includes improved mobile app functionality for parents, available on both Apple and Android.
The improved website and app experience will allow a more user-friendly layout and experience. Once the mobile app is finished in the coming weeks, parents will receive instructions on how to download the app and set up their preferences in their email.
“This new website and app are part of how our team is continuing to improve the flow of communication from the district and the campuses to every Bulldawg family,” Quillin said. “We are confident this new site will help us do that in a multitude of ways.”
